I think most of peoples complaints are misdirected by judging it by other games from other genres. This, kiddies, is a god game. You protect your people by harnessing your incredible power. It doesn't have the pacing of a modern FPS or slash em up and its single player because you are special, you are god. If I play Gears of War I don't complain about everything being too violent and exploding all the time.
Anyway im just gonna go see what the new EDF is like, I hope it has great story!

1: Why? They would have to have a pretty similar culture for it to fit into the story.
2: You can, the last level is a sandbox where you are given infinite power.
3: That might actually work, you would have to direct the elements towards your foes while sheltering yourself. I guess they wanted it to feel like a lonely world but if they made another that would be quite a laugh.
4: Why must everything have multiplayer? There have been good simple player games too you know?
oh and console exclusivity is not in the view of the popularity of consoles.
it's just that their is assured 98% profit, since every gamers have to purchase the game either online or on a retail store.

Thus the gaming console you purchased on best buy is not even yours. You are mearly a Tennant. Wich mean if you break the EUla then SONY,nintendo or microsoft reserve themselve the right to lock down your machine and ban your acocunt .
CEo's of those big video games compagny don't give a damn about the reputation of the compagnies itself. All they care about is making the compagny as much as profitable as possible. Even if this mean destroying hte rep to a point of dragging the compagny in the hell hole.
Then the ceo will report back to his ny stock echange freinds and he will move on to another compagny to rip off and destroy. (They are parasites, final)

The whole game is about helping natives cross small puddles, instead of learning to swim. The tsunamis and volcanoes? Nope. You still have to help natives cross small puddles.

I just got this for the PC via Steam... hmmm It could have been so epic, I love the water/lava/land simulation but the game is not a free build sandbox, its a bridge building game, you have to get your people from village to village until you get to a tomb to get to the next level and repeat. I am not sure how they have taken such a great idea and such cool technology and made such a boring game.
