@lush1998 They planned on it originally in GTA 3. They were to have a mission where it was you either saved the kids from a school bus with a bomb on it, or you bombed a bus full of kids. Anyway, the federal government whores would have shut rockstar down if they did it, especially since 9/11, and so they removed it. That's why there are so many school bus bodies laying around. They were the original vehicle models minus the wheels.
