I have this phone and I have never been more happy with a cell phone and this is coming from a guy who's owned a lot of phones including the iPhone 4, LG EXPO, HTC Desire, Samsung Solstice in addition to many others. The amount of storage is incredible. I have over 150 apps on the phone's internal storage and I haven't even used a GB. I haven't touched the SD card. I couldn't even download ten apps on the HTC Desire. Love this phone! Can't say it enough!

I just got this phone about a week ago from Amazon. They had a deal where you only paid 1 cent for it which is as good as free and I think the contract is only a year. It's the best device I ever owned. The wifi hotspot kept intermittently dropping the connection so Verizon sent me a new one claiming it was a common problem. Other than that no complaints so far. I really wanted an HTC Thunderbolt but you can't beat 1 cent vs $299.

Okay... Im between the Fascinate, the X, and the 2. Size is not an issue, in case you're wondering. Same goes for price. I have the EnV Touch right now, and use the keyboard a lot. I also, however, have an iPod Touch, and don't mind the touchscreen. I'm leaning towards the X or Fascinate IF the keyboard on the 2 is stiff and clunky like they say it is. I like to text, and like to take pics of cars and videos of roller coasters, so having a good camera is BIG! Which one should I get?!?

@9695jp I here the X has a great keyboard. and uses SWYPE technology. The X's keyboard rivals that of the iphone, something that makes iOS fanboys cringe. one of the best in the android business, better than the Incredible thats for darn sure. Hope that helps

Droid doesn't need to put down the iPhone, people sick and tired of terrible ATT services do. Droid doesn't serve as a paperweight, the iPhone had that covered with the iPhone G1, 2, 3, and now 4. Droid doesn't need multitasking justification and updates to accommodate, the iPhone does. Droid does many things though, namely multitasking, call quality, app quality, reception coverage. When iPhone users are ready to grow up, they'll ditch the novelty and get a real phone.

This blows away the iphone 4. I've had both, ditched the iphone for the Droid X. It's hands down the best phone on the market. Screen, features, sound, apps, and the android os all integrated into one sweet touch screen device. The iphone4 is a toy for kids, this is for serious users.

Well, Verizon's does have much much more 3G coverage compared to AT&T. I would imagine that the money is well spent, especially if you want the 3G coverage in an area that isn't in immediate proximity to large urban areas.

And to everyone saying it's "too big," considering one of the main reasons to buy this phone is internet use (which you have to buy in the data plan for all vzw smart phones), it's the perfect size. It fits fine in my hand or pocket. That's not to say it's without it's flaws but it's a great phone all-around.

Yeeeaaahhh... The entire phone has calabration issues. My old droid has way worse reception then my droid x. I live way out of town and trill get better reception then any of my friends phones.
