Hello I really enjoy your workout , however I had one question? My work out consist of 1 hr walking,jogging which usually get me about 4 miles. Then I do Isolated work outs such as ..chest,shoulders,back, etc,etc.. I also do 4 sets of Squats each time. Can I also implent this work out into it. ? or thats just to much? Please advice an thank you

They are called vibram fivefingers, and are the best foot wear for training in, in my opinion.
Although not ideal for everyone, especially if you have foot/arch issues
