  • Slash has written this riff...

  • It is amazing these engines don't fly apart!

  • Adrian Newey uses this for his home bbq parties.

  • i might be wrong but i think that the car is one of the OrangeRacing Formula 1 Team. Thumbs up so everyone can see.

  • If you had put that engine in a NASCAR-vehicle, the chassis would crack, tires would burst and the 50 year old driver would need a new set of pants...

  • Raik is back you know guys!!!

  • Alot of views!! Formula One has a huge following

  • That engine sure spit some fire up, I think i need one of those to roast my marshmallow in my BBQ party hahahaha, awesome nice vid

  • One guy must be deaf

  • oh V10 its pure melody in my ears

  • improper jetting lol

  • If I put a fan on that engine, I bet I could make a hurricane.

  • Music

  • Hardon anyone

  • violent

  • i could cook breakfast on that

  • V10 sound

  • Anyone know if this is an Arrows? The orange on the body looks like to black/orange colour scheme when Arrows were sponsored by Orange.

  • @rxeightjazz was thinking same thing

  • Respawn Entertainment sent me!

  • I want this to be my alarm clock

  • that car used in 1:37 the amount of fuel that a nascar car would use in a couple of seconds, efficiency

  • Its sounds like a really angry f$%^kin dog!

  • Lick it

  • INCREDIBLE, TRULY AWESOME!!!

  • That's major league bad-ass!!

  • CAN a nascar do that?

  • @ARG3NT1N1AN

    No

  • @Lopp3n exactly

  • @ARG3NT1N1AN Not in 10000 years.

  • 0:48 Cyber dog just got pissed off!!

  • It's a Spycker

  • im pretty sure that the guy standing behind it no longer has ear drums

  • a random woman... and why they applause and chearing??

  • AWESOME! The newer Cosworth's are V-8s that tick above 22,000 rpm and are on a slim fast diet weight wise. FIA has reduced power but still the 0-150-0 mph test is only contested by LeMans P1s.

  • damn engine

  • The engine is a Cosworth V10 in an Arrows team car. Very impressive display.

  • they guy standing to the right with his arms crossed...... what a fearless bastard!!

  • @lolaroflmao WHAT?

  • @dpimpchris Eh? What did you say?

  • I think the car is a jordan

  • Damn....!!! :-)

  • the car's an arrows f1 from 2001 or 2002. So the engine is either an Asiatech (2001) or Cosworth (2002). Both V10's

  • thats a Renault, probably the R27 or R28

  • shitbox sounds like a pissant buzz saw.

  • @alkira001 Yea and thats why it'll smoke anything you'll EVER own.

  • the glow of that exhaust looks like it is going past melting point

  • @brianmenendez it actually does, that's why it's made of titanium

  • Ûhm_änÿOÑe_wánNA_chÅt_wÎth_mE_î_féèl_so_lõÑélY_tódÃÿ♥

  • Well good. if i happen to stumble upon a new f1 engine Ill know how to break it in

  • 10x better that justin bieber song

  • @1337onelove So is a dog fart.

  • Jizz in my pants!

  • Asiatech V10, aka Renault!!

  • is it just me or does it sound like a pissed off chiuaua?

  • I dare you . noe i double dare you to touch the exaust

  • That's what 12k to 20k rpm sounds like.....on an indy car.

  • some kind of a v10 for sure probably a cosworth, hard to tell

  • Not testing, it's breaking in.

  • WOW!! This is sex to ears!

  • Dammit I really need this glow-in-the-dark paint for my motorbikes exhaust. Anyone know where to get it?

  • @UrFavGuitarrist what glow in the dark paint

  • now thats nan engine my friends .......

  • Them boys are having the time of their lives.

Would luv to get one of those and just race for pinks. LOL

  • Fuck.... I thought this was testing an F1 engine on the Saturn V rocket. Not this. : )

  • i say we have a contest who can hold on to one of those headers the longest

  • Everyone should have had hearing protection!

  • I have been there, heard it , smelled it and understood it! Oh yah I watched it also!

For those of you have not had the fortune to do so, you have not lived until you have seen an F1 standing start live and, or to see these incredible machines in full flight at a distance of no more than than six feet!

Words can not describe! I count myself one of the lucky few!

  • wish i could get my CAT that hot to warm up to pass emissions:-/

  • awesome throttle response

  • i just realized, f1 engines sound like a really loud drill when they rev

  • i set this up as my alarm sound of my cell phone....i haven't got rid of waking up in the morning with this outstanding sound for years.....just feel the power when you re listening!

  • and yes the flywheel weights 2 grams LOL

  • Nasty little fucker isn't it...

  • very responsive

  • Arrows Supertec/Asiatec engine?? (Years 2000-2001)

  • The hole bench is moving because of the crank-shaft..

  • ORGASMIC

  • why they just stare and laugh instead of making hot coffe from the exhaust' fire???

  • Now if I could only install that in my car

  • And it's just getting warmed up!

  • ::mouths to crew:: I CAN"T HEAR YOU!

  • sick

  • Cars use petroleum and jet fuel is kerosene

  • monster

  • I'm pretty sure the guy standing right in front of the camera is deaf now. haha

  • This was the Spyker team's (now Force India) first bench test with the Engine connected to the frame of the car, think 2006 close season... still awesome to see and hear!

  • Caralho!!!!! Que máquina louca, fantastico, fantastico, fantastco...........

  • Thats a million + dollar turnkey motor right there haha.

  • HOLY SHIT!!

  • i have cold chills on every inch of my body now..... :D

  • QUICK...someone grab the headers!

  • Doesn't get much better than this petrol heads!

  • 1:17 sounds like a pro mod dragster :D

  • Is it right to get a stiffy when watching this!

  • i'd like to add a comment to the fuel argument: if you do watch the whole F1 programmes, then you should know that the fuel that these engines use is very similar to the bog standard petrol in most cars. sure, it does have little additions to make it more effective, but its nothing like jet fuel.

  • @sf1s what would happen if they used high octane fuel??? im just curious

  • @iamthepolice Urrr well im not exactly have a degree in chemistry (im only doing A level at the moment) hmm hard to say but i think a higher octane rating would mean a fatser rate of ignition. but if the rating was too high then maybe it would be bye bye engine.

  • @sf1s Actually a higher octane rating means a greater resistance to detonation (or a higher burn temp if you will), and a faster burn. They're running really high octane (I would guess 118). Like when you put low octane in a sports car and it runs like shit... its because the fuel is burning before the spark comes.

  • @fastredws6 hmm ok then i'll take your word for it. however i do happen to know that the FIA regulate the octane rating of each fuel to make sure that it isn't too high

  • @sf1s oh ya they regulate it. A lot of motor sports do. And most of the time its a spec fuel that's issued to them before the race. So every one has the same stuff

  • @fastredws6 no. only fuels between 95-102 octane are allowed

  • @iamthepolice these engines run on fucking jet fuel

  • @MacUser135 Nup, just normal 98RON pump fuel

  • holy shit !

  • big respect to the guy wearing all black standing soo close to the car! i bet that was the last thing he heard in his life & it must have been well worth it!

  • @iamthepolice that's Adrian Newey ;)

  • per adhuruesit e F1,hehe

  • Cosworth V10?

  • yerp righto... shes warmed up and ready to take for a squirt lol

  • The fuel is not right for this engine. It's taking too long to burn.

  • @ppana Better go invent another type of fuel then, considering these things run on jet fuel, the fastest burning fuel in the world you fuck tard.

  • @GosuVu Do you know what jet fuel is? Its kerosine, with de-icer and a slight

green color added. F1 cars do not run on jet fuel, they run on a custom blended

fuel that is basically high-octane gasoline you fuck tard.

  • @scooter129b YOU BETTER WATCH YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOUR TALKIN TO ME SON.

    Thanks for the info ^_^

  • @GosuVu f1 cars do not run on jet fuel fuck tard

  • @ppana An F1 engine will only run on a certain type of fuel, unless it's perfect for the engine then it won't start

  • One word..........AWESOME.

  • One word........AWESOME.

  • the mighty ford cosworth v10

  • This is torture, save it for the Track eh boys.

  • i wanna know what kind of oil they are using

  • @bobscanfly Why?

  • @WesleyCful dude they redline at 21000 rpm...whatever they are using i wanna put in my car

  • thats a beast!!

  • Got Marshmellows?

  • @Cityguyonline lmao, legend XD

  • @sf1s why?

  • It is an Arrowos Cosworth v10.

  • the guy on the right who does not flinch is adrian newey, the cheif designer of the red bull f1 team

  • dammit, I kinda nutted a little in my pants.

  • This is better than a woman having a screaming orgasm!

  • @carlosb1

    Better? I don't know..perhaps comparable.

  • @carlosb1

I am sad to say I agree.

  • @carlosb1 Anyday bro....anyday

  • @carlosb1 what are you like 10?

  • @theunlimitedalex Haha ..yeah.. when i hear this :P

  • The idle at roughly 1:13 literally sounds like an animal growling. AMAZING!!! I would pawn my smallest child just to sit in the cockpit while they demonstrate the engine.

  • so thats what a real exorcism is, man all along i thought it was humans who were possessed.

  • can someone explain to me why these f1 engines rev soo high and how do they rev soo much! its amazing!!!

  • @iamthepolice Money, money, and more money. Combined with a pneumatic valve train (no valve springs), very small pistons, short rods and crank throws = very high RPM and a lot of HP/L. The downside to all that is one of the peakyest engines in racing and not much torque. But for a super light vehicle with the right gearing that’s just fine. A side note: according to my info, an F1 engine should be rebuilt about every 400hrs.

  • @Warblade118~they do have valve springs!.... the valves are NOT pneumatically ACTUATED (controlled). Pressurized air is used to eliminate valve-float/surge and seat-bounce. In other words.... to assist in CLOSING the valve.

  • @marek0086 Thanks for the correction. In all the articles I’ve read and CG animations of an F1 valve train I’ve never seen or heard anything about springs. Weird huh?

  • @marek0086 I forgot to mention, I never said they were actuated by air pressure, not too sure how that would work, I just said “…pneumatic valve train” but I did say “no valve springs” I had thought the only mechanism for retuning the valves to the seat was pneumatically. I’ll have to look into which of us is right.

  • @Warblade118~ Trust me im right.

  • @marek0086 Well, here’s what I found out. F1’s valve train is described as using a kind of air bellows spring. I still haven’t found a decent article showing exactly what the system looks like and how it works, which is frustrating. I guess I’ll have to take your word for it that there is an actual defiant spring in there. Thanks again.

  • @marek0086 Warblade is correct. there are no conventional springs in an F1 pneumatic valve.

  • @iamthepolice tiny pistons and a short conrod. They almost vibrate rather than go up and down like a normal motor. Revs=horsepower.

  • Used to watch Mario, Emmerson and Prost pop valium before a race to calm down. This was back in the 70's.

  • wow

  • could have used the flame to cook marshmallows but noooooo...

  • il sounds like a big dog growling and barking

  • totally awesome, but i bet the old v10 mclaren of 2006 would sound miles better...............aaaawooooooo.

  • @bug137 you mean Mercedes V10 ;) the chassy was by McLaren

  • That's just NASTY.

  • My god thats incredable ;D

  • humans pwn this world!!!!!llook at this shit

  • BBQ is up people !

  • This is a Arrows from 2002. Im not 100% sure, but its either a Asiatech or a Cosworth engine.

Arrows withdrew from F1 halfway through the 2002 season.

  • lol I wish I wasn't highest rated comment...

when I first seen the vid at certain parts you can't tell he's wearing ear plugs, and I guess I didn't notice the parts where you can see them, so ya... I know he has ear protection... lol I've gotten like 20+ responds to this comment xD

  • it sounds great like a angry super dog
