FYI, nonstick skillets give off toxic gases at high heats, due to their Teflon coating. Be sure to only use medium heat. Better yet, use stainless steel or enamel coated pans.
Alright I got around to trying it, and I admit it was pretty good! Maybe a tad bland, but not that bad at all. I ended up putting just a little smear of honey across the tops of mine and it was great.
You're right - I wrote a note a bout that in the video info:
"NOTE: The nutritional information provided at the end of the video includes a scoop of protein powder which I chose to omit in my video version of this recipe. "
wow, pancakes without any flour! i always thought flour is crucial. i really have to try this recipe. btw i really like the way you talk and make the meal Kalilila! and roosters, indeed, are funny :)
the minute i learned this recipe and i do this almost every day, i grab it & eat it on my way to work.. But i will give you a better thing to do; replace the apple with dates... the apple is not that sweet when u cook it, but adding dates with cinnamon makes it perfect!my friends who don't even care about calories loved it. Don't put too much dates; just three small chopped pieces and let it melt in the pan a bit then add the mix over it. very good, trust me...
The macronutrient stats at the end of the vid were taken from the BFFM recipe which includes a scoop of protein powder. I opted not to add it in my ingredients. Although I mention protein powder is optional, I should have made it more clear.
Thanks for pointing this out. I'll make a note of this in the video information.
Also, just wanted to say I ran across your Blog awhile back, Amazing progress! Keep it up and you will achieve the level of fitness you desire. Take care

Why does it have 39.5 g protein? I think 4 egg whites can't give more than 10-14g.
