Haven´t seen this one before, good stuff. But there is 30 minute video made by some Swiss guys with similar theme back in 1987. It´s all about manipulating the gravity when a wheel is going uphill by itself!

ok heres what happened, they put weights in and at the top of the tire so that when they were bumped foreword the weights fell forward, moving the tires up the hill, simple physics. try it at home you might be surprised.
