Always put the pile with the card in the middle of the two decks before dealing again. If done with 21 cards, count to the 11th card in your head and there it is OR spell hocuspocus and the card after the last "s" is their card.

If done with 15 cards, take the pile that the person's card is in and their card is the middle card. Try to find some way to make it flashy instead of just reaching for the middle card. :)
