  • Wonderful Video, I actually wanted to see a routine like this. I suck at deep hip openers, Im working on them, my strengths are arm balances.

  • Thanks you guys! Today's Saturday so it's my day off. Tomorrow I will do advanced. My goal is to practice and film a 4m Vrischikasana rendition, with some experimental work at the end. Might be clunky. Still can't relax shoulders enough to plop feet on head either, but that doesn't stop me from trying! If I had any help they could be tucked by my ears, but I'm solo.
