everyone from babies to the older people should take a nap in the day time i am 32 and have a nap if i need it but u should only have 20 mins as u will wake up to tired i am up at 5.30am and in bed by 9pm i might not go to sleep but i am resting
Some times If I'm tired after work, I will fall asleep on the couch for about 30-45 mins, no more and sometimes I'm not even fully asleep, just resting.
If I do that, I have difficulty going to sleep that night.
They should just put the kids in bed at 7pm instead of letting them sleep all day. They just want rid of their kids so they can be alone.

everyone from babies to the older people should take a nap in the day time i am 32 and have a nap if i need it but u should only have 20 mins as u will wake up to tired i am up at 5.30am and in bed by 9pm i might not go to sleep but i am resting

Some times If I'm tired after work, I will fall asleep on the couch for about 30-45 mins, no more and sometimes I'm not even fully asleep, just resting.
If I do that, I have difficulty going to sleep that night.
They should just put the kids in bed at 7pm instead of letting them sleep all day. They just want rid of their kids so they can be alone.

I know she puts a little extra 'emotion' into her tone when confronting the parents in order to impress upon them how appalling their parenting skills are and to elicit a strong viewer response to keep their attention. It is a TV show, I get it. But, the parents are adults and Jo is using the same tone with them that she does with the kids. You help people by respecting them not by shaming them on national television.

i love how parents want help from people like Ramsey for resturants adn Supernanny for child baring. But arent willing to take any critisim and actualyl WANT people like the supernanny and Ramsey to just tell tehm how much of a wonderful job they are doing.
