No, This voice is not of Takahashi.

I do not assure, but maybe the voice of ASUKA(Yuko Miyamura).

The song with the arrangement same as this was contained

in the CD of BGM-collection "Evangelion II" and "III" both,

as "Aya Bossa Techno Version", but I feel the voice is difference.

I always use to think all these different versions sounded like they recorded in Karaoke bars. Beautiful song though.

I think that was the very point.All those singings don't sound like they were recorded professionally- each line repeated again and again many times until it comes to perfection, and then the best of them combined into a single song.But eva endings rather sounds like they just got the actresses rightwhile recording the episode voices to sing a song naturally and not prepared, in a single "duble" with all those mistakes they might do, like singing a note wrong or lying an egg.
