I was in Miami earlier this year and was like WTF are these people talking about! The tour operators seemed to say things that didn't add up. This is one of them, another, the Thriller Boat ride claimed Scarface's mansion was there, which it totally wasn't, didn't even resemble either (real one is in Cali) and then the same day 2 different tours showed us 2 different "madonnas" houses!

but some scenes were shot around California. You want a good example? Just have a look at the house the girl runs to after the zombie dance. That was not a soundstage! that was on a street called Carrol Avenue!

@JoeB0y16 Yes, Carroll Avenue. This is EXACTLY the same street where the Charmed house is located. The actual Charmed house is on Carroll avenue and this is where the show gets the exterior shots, but the inside of the charmed house is on a soundstage in LA (just to mention, lol). The thriller house was also in an 80's movie named "Teen Witch". You're right!

This is a complete con. The music video was shot entirely in Los Angeles. The sance sequence was not shot on a soundstage, it was shot at the intersection of Union Pacific Ave. & Los Palos St in downtown L.A. The graveyard was a set built in an East Los Angeles meatpacking plant.

I think what they did was they shot the "zombie rebirth," scene here and a pan-around, minus Jackson and Ola. Then they filmed the quick "pan-around" on a screen at a soundstage in Hollywood and had Jackson and Ola walk past the screen on an angle, so it gave the effect that they were actually there, but they weren't. Cause it was like 4 seconds of them 2 walking past they cemetery. Why would they fly all the way to Florida for 4 seconds of shooting? No. This scene was done before hand.

They didn't film Thriller here. I don't know where they got that. Thriller was mostly fimed on a soundstage. Some scenes were shot outside It happened to be cold in L.A. when they shot the scene where their all dancing. You'll see their breath that's from the cold not an effect. But they sure didn't film in Miami

Haha. How could they even shoot B-roll here? Grove graveyard is FLAT, the one in Thriller is hilly.
