It was the company that produced all of the original Star Wars toys. They go absorbed into Hasbro early in the 90's, however, which is why some of Hasbro's Star Wars toys recycle many of the designs of the Kenner Star Wars toys.

this old one looks better than the new repo ones but to bad the arms were held on by rubber bands and often broke like mine did but i used a hair tie to hold them on now and works much better.
