  • Leave we curry alone nah all yuh gosh man shit

  • cooking is not a exact science, every family has their own take on each recipe, and preparation will vary too, all that matters that the finished dish is tasty which it sure looked at the end of the clip.

  • to each his own. yes I do agree that the curry can be cooked first, but that's by choice. Frying or cooking the curry gives it a stronger taste ..something I was not trying to accomplish. You're free to season with curry. And yes, though you may have the prepared green seasoning, adding any "fresh" that you may have can only enhance the flavours.

    Thanks for your input.

  • BTW my grandmother is 95 does that make me more Trini than you :) And yes she fries her curry and she also season (raw as you said) with curry as well..

  • Wrong man....i am a true trini and i have seen my 89 year old grand mother cook curry and that is not how it's done.......curry is a raw seasoning too so it has to cook first u cannot mix it with the meat first it needs to be fried in the pan first........also if u use fresh seasonings no green is needed is the same ingredients ......u will just double season the same dish.......
