Mary, I also was in Arcata when I saw you and Jim perform live, and at San Diego State in 1969-1970 when you appeared at "the Back Door" venue, and I have all your LP's (remember them ancient "records"?) You are one of my all-time favourite singer songwriters, God bless you, girl.

Great to see Mary singing her own composition live. I have it by both Tom Russell and Gretchen Peters and both do a very good version but there is nothing like the writer of a song singing it and graciously praising up cover versions and feeling flattered that two top musicians,singers and songwriters would decide to record her song. I have recently purchased The Bramble And The Rose the duet album with Mary and the sadly missed Jim Ringer and it is excellent. So glad Mary is still singing.
