it takes up close to 3/4 of the screen, and the buttons are plenty friendly for thumbs,the touch keypad is a great addition, the first htc touch released last year only had the very small windows mobile keypad. which is impossible to use withouth the stylus.

how is the keyboard layed out? do you have to turn the phone sideways in landscape?

Actually the keyboard isn't layed out in landscape mode. It's rather easy to use i find it easier than the iphone in some ways.

@crzyhare2344 In what ways exactly? This is a terrible phone. Unresponsive touch experience. Terrible keyboard "pull up" button. This was my first touch phone and it literally scared me away from touch for some time. Then i got my first android phone and now appreciate what a true touch phone is capable of.

is it still that muc hto upgrade now? cause I want to upgrade from an EnV and my 1st year just past on the 25th. I saw online it said 99.99 but is that the same price if I get it with an upgrade?

I've had the phone for a few weeks now and I love it! Also, Sprint sales the black battery back for $16 and it fits perfectly and it adds more of a grip.
