  • She may be the only person in the world who can out-Shirley Temple Shirley Temple.

  • 2 people think this video is a line of thought they'd rather not pursue.

  • @DMBenji1 they must be retarded or never saw the movie and dont get it.

  • Lovely singing voice, BRAVO Ms. Bell! Bravo!

  • Mary told a LIE? Wow, she was heading for hell before she even tried reefer!

  • She has a great voice. I'm SO happy that she's going to be in 'The Heathers: The Musical' though she said they're working on it!

  • Aawww how sads lol !

  • @m0m057 yes, very :(

  • I lied i guess, I told her - Yes.

  • Comment removed

  • that is always cute

  • the first time i watched this, it made me wonder if kristen bell has an expansive vocabulary. veronica mars certainly did, and now mary lane with 'transubstantiate'

i love this movie, wish i could've seen it off broadway...

    thanks so much for posting!

  • Kristen Bell is a graduat of New York University, magoring in Musical Theater, Theater Arts, and English Lit.

Yes, I would imagion that she has quite an exstensive vocabulary.

Veronica Mars was a carictur she was playing and spoke as the writers wrote her to.

    Same with Penny Lane

  • @Andrewcranky mary lane

penny is a character from Dr. Horribles Sing along blog

  • Yes, but I suspect I was thinking of the Beatles Song. "Penny Lane"

  • @Andrewcranky mkay you were still wrong

  • The soundtrack has found a home in my car stereo! I listen to it everywhere I go! Kristen Bell is GREAT as Mary Lane! My favorite in EVERYTHING I've seen her in.

  • C. Campbell would be an excellent Boq.

  • That's what she said.

  • Love this Film!!! I think that if they ever get around to Making "Wicked" into a movie...IF they dont use the OBC then I think She would make a Wonderful Galinda!!!

  • Yep! And they could get Ana Gasteyer to play Elphaba, since they've already done that on Broadway. Hell, put Christian Campbell as Fiyero! The whole damn cast of this film could find a role in it.

  • true...i think though that i would choose John Barrowman for fyiero.... christian could be boq...j/k

  • actually, I agree with Munchkin...C. Campbell would be a better Boq :P

  • @MunchkinGoddess86 Or have her play young Glinda when they are in boarding school and have Chenoweth (from the OBC) play the older/adult Glinda... Another person I could see playing the role is Amy Adams... Her voice is good, though not as developed as I would like... but they are likely to want established stars and she would certainly be a better option than some stars who think they can sing when they have no training at all – cough – cough Nicole Kidman (someone tell her she can't sing)

  • im trying to find the part with alex johnson

  • she's in listen to jesus jimmy

  • shes not even noticeable

  • I loooooove the way she sings "pyew" lololol

  • no!

  • how? jw.

  • It's only dirty if you have a dirty mind. Remember, Mary's "innocent" until the song "Mary Sunshine"

  • But that doesnt mean this song has a suggestive undertone...its a comic parody afterall... :P

  • Juu to je mots pěkné videoo mám mots ráda tuto část filmu:) jsem jeho velka FUN :) I like this

  • yeah.

reefer madness is a 1936 documentary about drugs.

you want the 2005 movie musical.

i think it was a shotime movie.

  • what the fruit is this in a movie or just youtube really i rented the movie and it wasnt this were did you get this

  • i'm singing this fir my drama district competition

  • this is the cutest song ever!!

  • haha fill my empty pew...that's so suggestive

  • How is that suggestive!??! just wondering

  • jimmy come back and fill my lonely pew? i guess that's what he means by suggestive... lol

  • lmao Alan's facial expressions are priceless XD I badly need to see this movie :P

  • I love her :) I havent seen this movie and I wanted to know if its worth watching...like is it really good?

  • I loved it. Its a really cheesy movie musical. If you can look at it for the fun, its absolutely worth it. If you are looking for the next Citizen Kane, look elsewhere.

  • it is really good

  • get it, if you dont like it, I will buy it off you!

  • More than worth watching. Sexy, witty, and just plain hilarious.

  • excuse the late reply XD

anywho, this movie is based off a play which was based off a short educational video that was made during the 30's. the program was also called reefer madness and it showed all these young kids smoking m.j. and killing each other - the programs purpose was to discourage kids from smoking m.j.

a while later some1 thought the gov. program was rubbish so they made a satirical play, after that someone thought the play would make a good movie and decided to make it happen.

  • having said all that, this movie is to be taken lightly.

think "grease on drugs" - the reason why it's so funny is because it's so cheesy.

    =]

  • i've watched this movie ten or more times

    still love it

  • lol his face is a picture when she blurts out i lied i guess

  • anywhere know where i can watch the FULL movie ?

  • You can buy the DVD but at Youtube, this amazing and most aweome person xLivvieLocke had uploaded the whole movie into 14parts on like few days ago. (Weird thing is I found about this movie around the time the person uploaded it and I've been watching videos like this one of songs but found the whole thing and watched it all just now! :) )

Search Reefer Madness Part 01 and then click "More From: xLivvieLocke" for the other parts of the movie.Enjoy!

  • AHHHHH the videos have now been removed... :(

  • With locusts and PLAGUES and little green froggies!

Haha I love that so much, hilarious movie.

  • Shes so perfect.

I just love her. Shes gorgeous and hilarious in this movie!!

    *one of my FAVES*

  • they won't transubstantiate!! hahahahah

  • "Fill my lonely pew" is the dirtiest thing I've heard all month!

  • lol when i first saw this in the movie i swear when she said "beside me was just an empty wooden pew..." i was expecting her to say "beside me was just an old homeless dude..."

  • Ahahhahahah.

That's hilarious. It wouldn't even seem random in this movie...If she actually said that, the whole line will be at home. hahaha.

  • lol when i first saw this in the movie i swear when she said "beside me was just an empty wooden pew..." i was expecting her to say "beside me was just an old homeless dude..."

  • I used to hold my boyfriend's hand in church when I was in high school. She's so cute in this number.

  • thanks for that.

  • Any song that uses the word "transubstantiate" is automatically amusing to me.

  • Even better when it rhymes! This song makes me so happy.

  • agreed.

  • Aww...Jimmy that jerk!

  • rather not pursueee-mmmm-oooo!!!

  • Every single facial expression she makes during this scene makes me laugh. My favorite part: "A lady asked, is this seat taken? I lied I guess! I told her...YES!"

  • this is the cutest song ever!!

  • lol. I can't help but laugh at all of Alan Cummings faces in this song. Maybe it's the glasses...

  • Haha, no I agree. Though I absolutely love this song (and her face when she sings "pew"), Alan Cummings is my favorite part of the scene. "Rather not pursue-mmm-oooo." Hahahahaha! I love it! And she WOULD make quite a good Glinda, though I'm not sure if she'd be able to hit the notes in No One Mourns The Wicked.

  • Haha. Me and my brother like to act out the faces in this scene. He does Kristen/Sally and I do Alan/Lecturer. lol

  • There's nothing better than watching all the musical numbers in sequential order!

  • shes awesome!

  • I've never seen someone that excited about church, and for the record them wafers never tasted that good also what mortal sin

  • should would bea great galinda

  • omg she really wouldd!!

    x

  • Easily the greatest musical of our times or any times! You heard me! TIMESSSSSSSS!

  • Kristen should just be cast in every movie that EVER gets made from now on! The girl is good :)

  • *Falls over* I can't belive that even Kristen Bell, Veronica Mars, can sing! This is just too cool!

  • I think she would be an AMAZING G(a)linda in Wicked!!!!

  • Alan looks like Weird Al in the White and Nerdy video...well, at least to me. :)

  • I'd love to see her as Galinda!

Little green froggies... my fav part! :)

  • Well, before this movie was created, it was on Broadway.

  • it wasnt on boradway, it was off-broadway

  • it was on broadway for four days, and was taken off becuase it was right after 9/11, knowing on the ending i can see why.

  • Dang! She's got to be on Broadway. I love Kristen Bell.

  • Aha. This is my favorite song, it's so cute! I've seen this so many times, but I only just now noticed the little face she makes after "the wafers now don't taste so great." It's excellent, lol.

  • They're all over the place..if you search Reefer Madness, the name of the musical they are tons of clips of the songs!

  • I love this musical!!! can u upload the rest of the songs???

  • This is really cute! I love Kristen so much. =D
