Okay so that is probably because a WIFI network is not available. You must have full access to the wireless network - that means you need to know the username AND password. If you do have full access to the wireless network, you should verify that the wireless network is available. Try logging into the wireless network using a computer.
If the wireless network is available, there is a possibility that your WIFI is turned off. Go to "Manage Wireless Networks" from you main blackberry menu and make sure WIFI is turned on. If it does not enable you to turn on WIFI, then go to "Options" and then "Mobile Network" and set it to "WIFI Preferred".
Lastly, your internet may be blocked by your firewall. If you did all the above and it still does not let you access the network, go to "Options", then "Security Options", then "Firewall", and change the Status to "Disabled".
If you did all the above and you cannot access the internet, you probably did not do one of the above correctly. If you are positive that you did, then I recommend a reinstall of the operating system, because it might be a software problem. Worst case scenario, it is a hardware problem. For example, if you got mad and threw your phone against the wall, and afterward you were not able to access the internet, you probably broke your phone.
In this last case, I recommend buying a new phone and going to anger management therapy with a psychiatrist. It will be much cheaper than continually buying new phones, computers, sound systems, etc. because you threw them or threw something at them.

That's because T-mobiole SUCKS - they lied to you, you won't have reception in your house.
Only the 8320 version has WIFI; if you have an 8320, then go to Options-Manage Connections-turn on WIFI

HAHA you don't even need a valid sim card! You just need any sim card, you don't even have to have service!
