The Trivium is probably the most important learning technique available today, and being from a public school I had never heard of it up until a few months back. That is a shameful fact about today's public school system. Of course its not the same for Private schools.

Exactly, and at this point most public school teachers themselves are woefully lacking in logical reasoning skills, so how could they teach them?
