I think Randy had it about right. I think it was a good vocal. It's not an easy song to sing. I don't think his age matters regarding the subject matter. As he said, he's telling a story. He's not the protagonist of the song. I also don't think his age matters in rating his performance. It doesn't matter how young or old he is. He should be judged on his performance just like all the other contestants are.
