Manson did install the Fuzz Factory, the pickups are from Manson as well, but a local guy fitted them. The mirror scratch plate was done by Martin Sims.

1 question though, what do you use to connect the Amp to the Mac? I don't have the slightest clue about guitars (I'm a drummer) and I need to know so that I can record my guitarist.

I just use the output from my amp (standard guitar size jack) into the back of my Mac (headphone sized jack). It's nothing special. Sometimes I use a mic plugged into a pre-amp, then DI into the Mac.
