I feel the same about my darling Cosmic Charlie. We have been blessed with the companionship of several dogs thru the years - all unique and special. A Golden, a Sheltie mix, a Lab mix and a Dalmatian. I wish they could have all known each other.
Life would not be complete without a dog. I just want to be half as good a person as my dogs think I am. When I die, I want to go wherever they are.
My Golden is about 11 and I know in the next few years. He is like the brother I never had and I think about him every single day even though he lives away from me with my family.
aww my golden retriever died may 17 2011 it was 4 days after her birthday she was 15 and she had something wrong with her hip so she died sadly. she was the best dog ever and the nicest her name was bailey. sorry for your loss

I'm so sorry to hear Happy passed away. I watched a previous video of Happy but did not realize he had passed until I viewed this video. I lost my 2 older goldens this past year and have 2 new baby goldens. You can never replace one for another but new editions do help mend a broken heart. I know Happy is in puppy heaven with my Josh and Penny.

My dog Sammy looked exactly like Happy, and he died on January 26th, 2011. He had cancer and was almost nine. I still cry for him.

Wow he died young, I am very sorry for your loss, my boyfriend also had a Golden Retriever who he misses very much, she died at age 15yrs.
I'm planning on getting him another one though, its been about 4 years since his Nikki passed.
Your Happy was a beautiful boy, and you did a great job on this video of him.
