I teach this in my yoga class. Its from Do-In Acupressure.
Lie down on your back, make loose fists, slide them under your butt with your palms facing down and knuckles against your butt. Roll from side to side and s l o w l y bring your fists higher and higher up or as close as possible to your shoulders (depending on how flexible you are!) and then s l o w l y bring your fist back down towards your butt.
This really massages your back and is a very easy way to give yourself a self-massage!
I use a tennis ball, it's good but you need a wall that isn't smooth otherwise it slips. Or put it in a stocking so it won't keep slipping and bouncing on the floor.

I find a tennis ball is a little hard and depending on the quality can slip away from you. Try Sissel spiky balls, not cheap but very beneficial..
