  • Congratulations Finland. A brave nation which is not going to take any more bullshit from the EU federalist scums. Finland is trully great nation. The democratic people of Europe are with you Finland.

  • finnandcork: Well said!!

  • national socialism, minus anti semitism is the wave of the future....america is behind

  • Finland for Finns! When I visited Europe I noticed Finland to be distinctly different from it's neighbours. Very few immigrants and a very pleasant social atmosphere. That was my true observation. Sweden, Norway and Denmark were somewhat disappointing in one way or another. Only Germany and Switzerland had a similar nice feeling. France and the Netherlands are very far gone...

  • @waldentree I agree. I felt a lot safer in downtown Helsinki even at 3 or 4 AM than in my own neighborhood (a urb 'burb outside of Boston.) Liberals and the PC crowd are rare to admit it, but people are more trusting and friendly in a homogenous society.

  • DEAR FINNS!! GREAT JOB WITH 'TRUE FINN PARTY'!! DO NOT DO WHAT WE IN THE USA DID - WE WILL NOW HAVE A CIVIL WAR - AS WILL FRANCE - MAYBE GERMANY... ONE VOLK, ONE NATION, ONE EUROPE!!

  • Well, it seems as the Finns are prone to wage desperate battles against vast despotic empires like Russia and the EU! What never-dying honour has Marshall Mannerheim, whose high deeds, whose hot incursions and great name in arms holds from all soldiers chief majority and military title capital through all the kingdoms that acknowledge Christ, got against the savage and inhumane butcher Stalin! Though against the EU the Finns have only achieved a minor victory at the ballot-box so far.

  • I’m so ashamed of being Finnish, and thus be definition being linked to these kind of people -speechless. This party is an absolute disgrace to Europe and not to mention that they never really bring forth their “real” hidden agenda. – god help us!

  • @YuuTube4me I agree that there are parts of the True Finns' platform which are undesirable such as social conservatism and, if I'm not mistaken, a desire to return to the pre Euro currency. That said, their EU skepticism and anti immigration policies clearly have the well being of Finland in mind. If you think mass immigration or the multiculturalism of the USA is desirable you should look at what has happened to Britain or the USA.

  • @EanFrick... With all due respect (and I do understand your point, which is a valid one in many ways), the anti-foreigner / bigot policies, in particular, are THE most significant part that I have trouble understanding / agreeing with – the other anti-EU policies that these people stand behind are just silly and very backwards. I personally would not / will not live in a Finland that is no longer an active part of the European community.

  • @YuuTube4me It is a poor way to debate to equate an opponent of open borders as being a bigot. It more seems like Finland cannot afford being the welfare office for the world, as Pekka put it. Finland has a smaller population than the USA state of Massachusetts. If you want to preserve your social democracy, which you should, than you will realize that population control is essential.

  • @EanFrick well it's so ironic for you to say this becus you AS A FINN LIVING IN BOSTON USA HAVING THE PRIVELEGE TO SPEW B.S AGAINST POOR IMMIGRANTS NEEDING HELP, HOW HEARTLESS CAN YOU BE?

  • @YuuTube4me

Im pro EU,and leftist, but this guy seems a nice person, nothing near a fascist,a little far right wing with brains is needed in Europe, maybe Finland can influence Sweden and Norway in expelling the muslim troublemakers.

  • @ViriathusVingathor What's interesting about the True Finns is how they throw the whole political spectrum out the window, at least as it is considered in the USA. Their economic platform would be considered socialist here.

  • Good luck to the True Finns party in the upcoming election. Don't let your beautiful country turn into the same "multicultural wonderland", sorry i meant "Third world cesspit" that we have in England

  • @valetudo777

Have you ever been to the third world? Do they have Starbucks there?
