This oil spill could create alot of jobs for the americn people for months or even years to come.

@pralexpr : What ?. Thousands of people will be paying for that with their lives being poisoned by the toxic gases coming from vicinity of the spill. Then you have the Federal government using Coexit dispersion which is toxic. The amount of wild life and beaches destroyed by this is worth more than several trillion dollars.
Besides, how is that $20B going to be distributed to claimants ?.
