Actually now we are not the fattest country on earth. There has been an explosion of dieting and fitness videos in which many americans are now doing. In this generation the desire to be fit and loved will make an individual work hard to get that respect. P90X and Insanity. Even Americans over 50 years old are now getting into better shape and losing weight.
