WOW! What a great clip! To see The Ritchie Family with the lineup of Cheryl Mason Jacks, Cassandra Wooten and Gwendolyn Oliver doing their biggest crossover hit is it! Tribute to the glamor and infectiousness of the disco era!
This reply is coming rather late, but I hope you receive it. Carl, Jackie and Richard Moten were the dancers. I cannot remember Jackie or Carl's last name. It's been a long time since they danced with us. Richard was our choreographer and a friend so I'll never forget his last name.
It was a great time for us and I have crazy good memories. It's nice to know that we the orginals made an impact.
@MegaRajin The melody is from the song T.S.O.P. (The Sound Of Philadelphia) by M.S.F.B. feat. The Three Degrees. FYI, this entire song is a medley of several past hits, including the TSOP song.
For me is disco is the best music to entertain people, remember the disco time how many discotheque have only my small village, i cannot count. Discotheque need to comeback and qualify for subsidy.
I was disappointed that this version did not have "Lady Bump" on it, but, thankfully, one of the other versions here does.

Ah, disco! You either loved it or hated it. Personally, I was one of those who was in between. At least it got people to dress up to go to dancing.
