  • I always use my hair dryer for my baskets, and it shrink wraps very quickly.

  • Thanks for doing this video, I thought that I would be taking my shrink wrap gun back but now I see I better not. Thanks for helping me.

  • Hi, Please let me know what heat gun brand you recommend. I'm interested in being fruga, of course.

  • heat gun got it...i will definately get one...now!! where do i get from again?

  • Thanks. I just used a dryer to shrinkwrap a bag that was specifically designed to be used with a hair dryer. But if I was doing a lot of baskets, I would def get a heat gun....

  • Delightful i think shrinkwrap is fruity with a delicate texture i like bubblewrap as well but its not as strong

  • I found your demo very helpful. I now know that I need a heat gun to pull up an old linoleum floor.

  • Can you shrink wrap....shrink wrap?

  • I use a hair dryer in my business to shrink wrap all the time and it works as fast and as well as the heat gun. It does depend on the dryer used.

  • You make a good point about heat guns and hair dryers, as I've heard that some designers have had no problem with the latter.

  • Yes it does depend on the trype of dryer and how hot it gets, but a Heat Gun is still hella better!! and FASTER

  • WOW I GOTTA GET ME HEAT GUN

  • the heat gun worked better, heat guns rule. how long do you think a heat gun will run continuosly until it breaks or possibly burns up.

  • I've had my heat gun for years, and it's never had a problem. I'm hoping that the one you choose has the same great track record.

  • Glad to read that your hair dryer did work. I was very surprised when the one I used, a standard, everyday dryer, did not. Best of luck with your business, and thanks so much for your feedback and visiting the sites.

  • This was very information. I did use a hair dryer to shrink shrink wrap before and it did work, but it had a home-made look instead of professional look. I sell Passion Party items and I was trying to creat gift baskets. Thanks for the info ;) I'm going to check out your website also.
