it is, but there's 2 layers, one of derren walking, one of the traffic. the layer with derren walking is placed on top, then the back ground is masked (or keyed) out, which reveals the layer underneath (the traffic).

As people have said, it's got many hidden meanings, which i presume are found when watching the real thing?

But there's referalls to the Lottery ( the bus picture it says " it 'WILL' be you " whereas, the slogan is it "could" be you" and it also has a symbol of meaning to the lottery ( the thumb being red representing a contrast used throughout the advert of red and black) and lot's of use of newspapers.
