Ich bin erstaunt, wie gut sein Deutsch ist., nichtsdestotrotz, dass er so lange her in der Zeit seiner Schuljahren die Sprache gelernt hatte. Ich gratuliere ihm! Natürlich ist seine Stimme immer noch die beste!

I get all happy and a bit fuzzy when I hear another English speaker who learns German as it proves that English can speak other languages :D

His german is quite good since most people native to the UK only speak English. Where as so many other European countries speak multiple languages.
