the bearings may be shot,I've seen top loaders do this on wooden floors,if the floors are weak they can cause problems, washers work best on cement floors.
DUDE I have this same exact washer and same exact problem!!! Found this video by trying to google ways to make it stop, funny cause it starts at the last minute that actually lasts 10 minutes... TERRIBLE WASHER!! Dryer's alright though
OMG - this video could have been taken in my laundry room. Mine used to be stacked w/ matching dryer, but it vibrated so badly, we had to un-stack the set. It makes so much noise, we can hear it spin from outside the house. It's 4 years old, been worked on about 8 or 9 times since we've owned it, and now the bearings are going out. The next machine I buy will be a top-load. On the up-side, the matching dryer has never had a service call.
This washer does suck got the 4 year plan so I deal with it. It cleans my whites fine might want to turn your temp. up on your water heater. Also it is vibrating so much cause it is not level mine did the same thing and i adjusted the legs at the bottom and there is no issues. For $30 you can get the stacking kit and put the dryer on top and you wont have issues then lol. My washer keeps getting socks stuck in it.
I hate mine as well....can't wait to get rid of it and buy a regular top-loader again. When I wash my whites, I use Tide HE and Clorox bleach.....and they still come out looking dirty. If it can't get my whites clean, imagine all the crap that's left behind on your colors!
Yep my piece of $h!7 Duet does the same thing, now the stinking pump has failed and it's only 3 years old... i want my 17 year old Top loading Maytag back!!!
I have the same washer.....I have had 2 control boards replaced and a latch mechanism. I advise everyone to get Advanced Home Shield Insurance if you own a whirlpool washer/dryer....it will save you money in the long run after your warranty runs out...
I deliver appliances. We found the problem is the floors in the laundry "are not" solid and the structure is weak. With the new construction most laundry rooms are up stairs.. Bad Idea

What I dont understand that these well-known companies dump these products on ppl when they know they would cause horrible experience for the end users
Suppose you have one king sized pillow in the washer and nothing else. So the load will always be totally unbalanced no matter how the pillow is placed during the spin cycle. I wonder whether any machine would not vibrate In such a case. I could not ever try such a trick on a top load machine. When I tried, the drum would bang against the shell and the washer would walk across the room.
There is no king size pillow in the washer. I hace tried an emoty washer, and also putting bunch of underwears and light stuff....but no use.
This is just bad design, and bad engineering. Its just shame that assholic products like these r not recalled, and customers are made to suffer. I am ashamed to do my laundary when guests are invited. Its just humiliating to tell them why the whole house is shaking
I wasn't implying that you were washing a king sized pillow. I was just wondering aloud what would happen if any front loader was washing one king sized pillow and nothing else.
Actually there is such a machine now. Check out the new Kenmore made by LG with vibration guard. It ramps up the speed gradually then it will vibrate a bit if the load is unbalanced then straighten its self out. Go to your local sears and ask for a demo.
Actually, most of these high efficiency front loaders can vibrate to the extreme, due to the high rpm's they spin, plus the flooring that they are placed on. We have an LG front loader that loved to vibrate. But I came up with a very simple fix that seems to work for our machine. Please see video Y91onCb7nSc , or just click on my name to see my videos. The relevant video will be obvious. Good luck if you decide to try it!

Sounds like a HAIER washer.Get a TRADITIONAL TOPLOAD WASHER!
Chris242tt 1 year ago
Tips:
Is it on a solid floor?
Are the transport pins out of the machine completely?
Do you use an evenly spread load?
Have you tried a boil wash with vinegar? Dissolves sediments in the machine.
