they manually hacked the automatic camera stationed on the top of the hill above the village. Among dozens of cameras which record landscapes for the Czech TV this was the only one remaining with a PAL connection - the rest has got optical wires and they couldn't hack them.

CNN is lost in translation, it should be more like "spreading panic/warning infromation". it is §199 of czech criminal code, which states that "(1)Whoever intentionally causes danger of serius concern of at least part of the inhabitants of some place by spreading alarming information, which is untrue, will be punished by one year imprisonment..." with severe punishment of 6 months to 3 years if the message is spread by means of media [sorry for lame translation]

The 2nd programme of czech tv broadcasts in the morning weather conditions from popular tourist destinations from live fed automatic cameras, and the group hacked one of them and placed the nuke just into the pictures showing the countryside. It was funny but quite realistic. And this all at time when US want to build radar station in CR and Russia claims that it will target the station with the nuclear weapons just as preliminary measure.
