Since this is supposed to be a workout clip and not a sexy clip, I'd find it much more inspiring if the muscular guy worked out and not the attractive lady, who's not muscular at all.
Does it matter? She's not half naked while doing it, and she shows how to use proper form. It's probably just you that's distracted by the lady, i'm sure no one else is.
