I can't believe how fucking hard it is JUST to put one line of subtitles in a 20 second video! why hasn't someone provided an easyer way to do it without having to make an afternoon of it!

there is an easy way,you can use word and save with the extension .srt

Easy to follow video,done by a kid on youtube.

How to add Closed Captions and Subtitles to your video.

Now if you want to play the subtitles in your media player,say media player classic,just name the subtitle file with the same name for the video,but with the .srt extension.

myvideo.srt

Simple ,no need for all this software garbage.
