For us in idukki district this is nothing new. This happens in almost every road in highrange. some of late night buses even keep the tools like axe etc in tool box during monsoon season

This place name is Gavi,.

@goyaljames this is a place in idukki district of kerala,india,and the vehicle is a ksrtc,kerala state road transport corporation bus.(public bus) .. and this is usual.
