they start at different times when they qualify, it is scored by computer timing. they race the clock not each other. the mains is where they all start together and race each other

@alexito8589 its probably a heat race. they race for laps not placing. the "beep" noise is probably a "mylaps" system. so when 1 goes by, his time starts, and when 6 goes by his time starts. so their pace sets who "won" and who makes it into which main. at least thats how our track does it

Have you had a chance to drive both a 2wd Slash VXL and a Slash 4x4? With Traxxas selling a 2wd VXL Slash now I cannot decide which one to buy. I already have an E Maxx so 4x4 for off road is not a must. Do you have an idea which one is more fun? This will be my first Slash, I have always wanted one.
