@TimelessOMO anger and stress pretty much elminate these abilites. Stressed people usually bark and yell at people randomly on websights mosty due to thier dis-conection from the source. Most of us have no extra time yet sit in front of the television for 30+ hours a week. This is the device that takes away the sensitivity she speaks of gaining through meditation. TV is a Frequency emiting device. This de-tunes the mind. It makes the watcher angry. Anger is not allowed to acces the information.

telepathy does exist..you can often access it when your brain goes towards sleep.
during waking states you can do that if the self preservation instinct is lowered(and consequently love for others becomes purer)

Complete negativity will block it, repell it, alot like people were negative to, they practically run away from us.
