it's Petco a bad company?, i have heard people saying that petco and petsmart are bad companies and mantain animals in bad conditions. It's that true? :0)
In my personal experience Petco isn't that bad. They are actually knowledgeable about the animals.
Petsmart on the other hand is disgusting. The employees are terrible. They don't know anything! All they do is try to get you to buy the wrong items that are overpriced. And the Petsmart animals always look unhappy and sickly.
But that is just my opinion on the Petco and Petsmart in Peoria, Illinois.
@Flame0213 It depends on the store. I perfer PetCo over petsmart because petsmart sometimes gets their animals from abusive breeders.
I have a poorly maintained petco AND a beautilfuly clean petco with happy animals nearby. Be sure to support the store that takes the best care of its animals.
it all depends on which 1 you go to i know this 1 petco i went was bad it had a dead bird and the other birds were picking it apart it was very gross.Then i went there a few days ago and they straightened up there act since it was like 2 years since i was there and it was very clean and didnt smell like the last time
Oh my gosh! The poster at the beginning is SO cute! What a cool PETCO! They had the same event at the Greenbriar Shopping Ctr. PETCO I went to. My dog was licking so many people and yipping cutely.
Oh sure it's cute, unless you're one of Petco's employees. Valentine's was awful last year. Except for my rat, who made out with three cookies and her own full bag of sprinkles.
i never buy pets at petco they suck there almost always sick and i live in germany so they don't have any petco's they only have little pets stores thats where i bought my 2 parakeets and im planing to get a amazon or cockatiel in germany and i know alot about parakeets and parrots.
