From the video, I recognized it was my childhood vacation house 30 years ago. Is it called called Seascape Peninsula in Cheung Chau. It was a retreat house for the catholic church. It was a great place for our summer vacation because there was so much "ghost stories" associated with the original house. I would really love to purchase a unit there but I think it is not available. If you know anything, please let me know. What a small world! Youtubing in New York.
Wow, I've heard rumors about the retreat house but I had no idea if it actually ever existed. I don't think the woman who owns it is selling any units, only renting. Thanks for the comment.

AH! i've been to the first place; it's called Cheung Chau, great beaches and food. I tried snake for the first time here!
When you start seeing the buildings, that's Hong Kong Island, with the double decker cable cars.
Amazing place; I like it more than New York City.
