Why can't people in YT's Partner Program contact a YT employee? If they pay you, shouldn't you be able to contact them somehow?

I'm asking this question, b/c I wondered if you caould notify them that their HQ/HD feature doesn't work.

Maybe it's b/c I have a Mac, IDK, but I wonder why they don't make a direct connection available for the people they pay.

I guess it's not that big a deal, but I still think they should make communication between them and users available.
