@MrBusybob Maybe they didn't sue because the only real similarities are the riffs/chords and certain parts of the verses. The choruses have different melodies. Not to mention, it's not the first time riffs and chords have been shared between songs. Look up Axis of Awesome, 4 chord song...It literally explains the whole thing and it's not like they sat there and tried to make everything fit together.
