@laurengetncrunk Maybe that's why you hate it so much. If you've never lived anywhere else you've never had a chance to miss Delaware. I was born and raised most of my life in Delaware, But I also lived in Wisconsin for a couple years, Went to college in Pennsylvania and lived in China for a while. But at the end of the day I can't wait to go back. Delaware is really not all that bad :)
Delaware is now the bluest state in the country..It just passed a same sex law and medical marijuana law , it's about to expand casion gambling. the senate is controlled by democrates, the governor is democrat , the state house of represenative is controlled by democrates....and all states have corrupt cops in it,,even liberal New Hampshire....SO WHAT IS SNOWDAY14 TALKING ABOUT WHEN HE/SHE SAY THAT " DELAWARE HAS CORRUPT COPS AND VERY CONSERVATIVE????
I think Mr. Biden needs to investigate the aggressiveness the state police and prosecutor go after solid citizens who have been wrongly accused. From what I observed in covering cases. The state prosecution is more interested in winning a case than examing all the facts and dropping charges against innocent people.
Delaware State slogan: "Come on vacation, leave on probation". State motto: "Small Wonder", yeah, small wonder anyone lives there... Living in Delaware is quite honestly, "the next best thing to being in prison".
I am based in Canada , is it profitable for me to register a Delaware corporation , and do you also offer a bank account for the corporation ? or do i have to do that myself in a canadian bank ? thank you for all the infos ...
I live in DE, I <3 DE, it doesn't have much stuff to do I suppose but, It has no sales tax! I hate paying like 6% on sales tax. If I get something off the dollar menu, in DE I know it's gonna be $1, lol. I got all my friends here, we got plenty of good back roads to smoke on :)

Full Faith and Credit Clause, the familiar name used to refer to Article IV, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, addresses the duties that states within the United States have to respect the "public acts, records, and judicial proceedings" of other states.
Furthermore entities are "persons" under the 14th amendment that are entitled to Equal Protection and Due Process. More information can be found at Wikipedia under "Legal Personality".
@incnow360 thanks for the response. I agree with you, that Article IV and Amendment 14 provide for states to respect public acts, this is what empowers incorporating in Delaware. But in general, people would be surprised that nowhere in the constitution does it mention "corporation" or incorporating in Delaware.

@incnow360 I am very interested in this. I never went to law school because I decided that the courts were completely absent of any justice. Lawyers could never answer my logical questions without proving to me that they were 100% full of excrement. But in my investigation of contract law, I found the Delaware chancery courts. This raises a few good questions: Are they a more voluntary and logic-based set of courts than the rest of the nation? Are 100% voluntary courts even possible?
You need to have a registered agent in Delaware, such as Agents and Corporations, Inc. That is your "physical presence" for purposes of being sued. No need to have a mailing address.
when John D. Rockefeller wanted to take "for the public good" out of incorporating, he went to the slimeball crooks in Delaware to get the job done.
