Hey ray im coming over 17th of this coming February, i have been once before but had an Accident on a scooter and couldnt continue training, i remember when i last came the MMA training was rather intense i hear now that it is also for people with little to no MMA experience is this so?

just wondering as i have no MMA experience and dont want to ruin my training (my Muay Thai trainer from my home town had a problem with his neck where he couldnt continue to train, after wrestling with reiko)
