Since Mormons get everything 180 degrees out of synch with the truth they will receive the Mark of the Beast, Rev13 and believe it is the Mark of God in Rev22:4. I've typed in many times "Mormonism Is the NWO" and Mormons are the testing ground for all the Federal Bureaucracies of intrusion, taxation, authority over you and under which we live today. @POC777 Yes.Who cares about the content, it is still what you have done.. For example, lets say somebody misspelled a word, in reality this is trivial, but it could easily ruin the entire thing in the eyes of somebody. What YOU see is a meaning behind it, what im talking of that is the sin is the fact that you are defiling your body, staining your skin and purposely scarring it. Its like having the most beautiful mansion and then graffiting some great words on it, it doesnt matter the content.

@POC777 The mark of the beast will stop anyone who does not have it to buy or sell anything. The person who receives that mark will be pledging their allegiance to this man. I know a kid who had 666 placed on his hand before he was born again. He always feared that mark would cost him his soul. That is just a lie from the pit of hell to try to keep someone from serving God. Now that we have exposed the enemy don't let him keep you worried about it.

Who is this kid and how does the "mark of the beast" looked like?

I tell you this because the mark of the beast might not be visible to the naked eye but seen under ultra-violet light like at Chucky Cheese or Disney Land. It resembles the neon marker every person receives on their "right hand" after they made their purchases.

I have much info about the "mark of the beast" I been collecting for years now.

Your a hopeless piece of offal. The Bible refers to "the mark of the beast" (as well as the "mark" that people will have to receive). Interesting, but I have too much of a preterism view about Revelation (although I am a partial and not full preterist). To me, the mark of the beast was swearing alligance to the Emperor of Rome (who claimed to be a god). While I agree all Christians should be on the guard of swearing alligance to false messiahs, I feel the mark of the beast is rarely ever emphasized correctly.

If--and I say "if"---in your preterist views the Apostle John was speaking about the "then current system", then the revelations of John, the Revelator, had nothing to do with eschatology, and were short-sighted. As a "swearing of allegiance" (if that is the real issue), then it is a good warning to us all.

By the way, (and I think you were never mormon), the Mormon Religion demands a swearing of allegiance (through a loyal subjection of the self), to any secular power and system they find themselves in. Their Article of Faith #12 in fact says this. So Shawn is right, in "raising the alarm": to mormons, themselves.

@TheLogos1 Agreed! There is an overwhelming amount of historical evidence that supports Preterism, even though it does not answer everything. There is just to much evidence to completely write off Preterism.

Preterism answers a lot of the questions remarkably well, but some will use it to write off the return of Christ in other things which I believe will occur according to the angels in Acts when Jesus ascended into heaven.
