Sidney Sheldon, the series' creator/producer, often wrote the best scripts- esepcially those dealing with conflicts between Jeannie, Major Nelson and Roger- and how her stubbornness in trying to do what SHE believes is best for "Master" usually ends in disaster. This scene from "My Wild-Eyed Master" [10/10/66] is one great example. In trying to "improve" his vision, she fixes it so that he's almost blind! Her jealousy even comes through in her remark, "This way, he cannot look at other girls".
