@tmnalma thanks but dont feel bad. my best friend is also a c4 quad and cant transfer but does more than i do in life. ill make a video, interviewing him and how he deals with his disability :)

@915power well you work out with weights & that helps out a lot; a lot of paras i know have a heck of a time transferring back into their chair; be careful buddy, you can do it :)
