Old destroy the runner used very simplistic bass lines. Meaning that usually whole measures consisted of one note. This is in C minor, so you should have your bass tuned to drop c. Play around with opens, 3s, 5s, 8s, and 10s. That's what the song consists of. For instance the solo section is: 8-10-0-3-5. Don't have space for the rhythm.
