  • @f2knight dont automaticaly start using protein shake's because fiisrt you have to learn how to eat right and workout on a daily bases once you get that going than you manage to fit in protein drinks to start bulking up.

  • I agree, Josh is one of the good guys. Another good guy is Nick Wright. Just use YouTube to search for his vids. He's won several junior BB contests. As far as protein shakes, if you have trouble getting them down (I do) because lets be honest, most taste like chalk if you use water, try skim milk & a couple tablespoons of any no fat/low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt instead of water . If you mix in a blender, that way they're almost as good as a real shake and it only adds about 80 calories.

  • for the abdominals, i pretty much just do the basics, sit ups, plankes, work with the medicine ball, but i think alot of it comes from eating and cardio, i do cardio alot

  • hey man, just keep doind what you got to do, you know, goto the gym and make sure you stay comited, learn how to do the workouts right and you should be set, its also a good idea to have a partner to keep you motivated, im no professional or anything , you know, but if you need good routines, look up on google, there should be some good ones that suit your needs, but the best thing would be to work your whole body, it would not be good if you only worked one part of your body,, you'll do good =]

  • Well, i hope you reach it, i've had medical problems aswell, a deadly cancer, normally i should have been dead two years ago :)...But now i'm also going to the gym for six day's a week. I don't want to sound to big off us, but it's guy's like you and me that do really great things with their second chance in life :p
