You're wrong about the Army / Marines w.r.t. Fallujah. I was with the 82nd Airborne Division. Two battalions of us (2000 guys) had freedom of movement throughout the city in February 2004. We changed with the Marines in March / April, and in May, it took 10,000 of them to "win back" Fallujah. The Army never lost it.
Having said that, it's kind of a moot point, since the whole thing is a fool's errand that has nothing to do with keeping America safe.

This is really iffy for me. The way I see it, blowing a girl's arm off is pretty much collateral damage, unless it was intentional to actually blow her arm off.
