@86nismo just some MSA headers. when you get rid of the stock z31 log style wraparound manifolds... it really sounds like a nice 6 cylinder. it made a huge difference
wow nice interior! thats what i like to see. i pulled all that sound junk off my z31, it took weeks to get it clean. but its totally worth it. i just cant find a vg30et anywhere around here to swap in it.
I heard someone else who ordered a grannys kit and it was missing parts and needed parts on the kit to be modified, is this true? also, where did u get the engine and you entire swap cost?? sorry for pestering you with questions, jus really thinking of this swap, thanks! looking good!
the kit worked out fairly straightforward. the only thing is that the starter is a tight fit, and i had to saw a bit off the back of the passenger side mount to clear the starter. the cradle also sits reeeally close to the two posts on the starter that the cables connect to... grinding the cradle under it a bit clears that up fine though. engine's from the junkyard from a 91 maxima and rebuilt completely from the bottom up. the swap is really affordable... easily under 2 grand
